We're hiring 4 builders for an exciting Innovation team. We’re staffing up for a real-time, multi-agent voice AI for customer troubleshooting, including a multi-agent voice stack on AWS Bedrock + Strands Agents SDK with real-time speech-to-speech via Amazon Nova Sonic and RAG-grounded troubleshooting. Roles: AI Engineer – Voice Agent (2 openings), QA Engineer – Conversational AI (1 opening), Mobile App Integrator (1 opening).
