Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Retail Banking and business transformation programs? We are looking for a Business Project Coordinator to join a major banking transformation initiative and play a key role in coordinating business delivery across multiple squads and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate Business Analysts, ensuring effective resource management, workload planning, and anticipation of future needs. • Develop and maintain comprehensive business delivery plans, including timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables. • Facilitate communication between Program Management and Business teams. • Coordinate and orchestrate business delivery across multiple Agile Squads. • Support Lead Business Analysts assigned to each squad and ensure alignment across initiatives. • Manage and coordinate multiple backlogs, ensuring consistency with the overall domain roadmap while avoiding duplication and inconsistencies. • Collaborate with development teams and prepare smooth handovers to Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams after go-live. • Ensure end-to-end consistency and completeness of business processes and functional designs across all epics and providers. • Lead escalation management and deep dives on critical functional issues. • Represent the functional stream toward Operations, Testing, Data Migration, Development, and Bug-Fixing teams. • Coordinate functional activities and escalation management with external providers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale transformation projects. • Strong knowledge of Retail Banking processes and business operations. • Experience in Core Banking implementation is highly desirable. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
