We’re looking for an experienced Project Management Specialist to help shape the future of AI-powered project management by contributing real-world expertise to advanced AI training projects. Key responsibilities include: Providing expert guidance on project planning, budgeting, and risk management; Developing and reviewing AI training materials based on PM best practices; Translating complex project scenarios into structured AI learning examples; Leading cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication; Advising on timelines, resource allocation, and adaptive planning strategies; Evaluating and refining AI-generated project management outputs. Ideal candidates have: Strong end-to-end project management experience across multiple industries; Proven leadership and cross-functional team management skills; Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation; Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders; Passion for AI innovation and process optimization.
