DataHouse Careers is looking for a strategic and business-minded ERP Product Owner to drive the development and optimization of our ERP platforms and enterprise solutions. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating needs into product requirements and user stories, defining product roadmap and prioritizing backlog, coordinating with Development, QA, UI/UX, and Infrastructure teams, coordinating UAT and collecting user feedback, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams, presenting updates to leadership, monitoring product performance and user experience, and supporting ERP adoption and change management. Requirements: experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, ERP Consultant or similar; understanding of ERP systems and enterprise workflows (HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, or Project Management); Agile/Scrum experience; English communication skills preferred; knowledge of process design/workflow optimization; technical understanding of system integration and data flow; experience in software outsourcing or international environments.
