We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP Software Engineer to join one of our clients in KSA on a Remote, Part-Time basis. Fluency in English is a MUST due to the nature of the role and client communication. Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on PHP development experience - Strong expertise in PHP 8+ and frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Yii - Experience with RESTful APIs, scalable applications, and distributed systems - Solid understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design & optimization - Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, React, etc.) - Experience with Git, CI/CD, TDD, and code quality best practices - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS is a plus) - Experience with microservices, containers, and event queue technologies is a plus What You’ll Work On: - Building products from scratch - Designing scalable architectures and core systems - Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs - Working on cloud-hosted, high-scale applications - Expanding test coverage and improving code quality - Collaborating within agile teams and sharing technical knowledge Remote | Part-Time. Hiring Across GCC for immediate onsite opportunities in Oman, UAE, KSA, and Qatar. We are actively hiring 10+ experienced professionals for large-scale banking and transformation programs across the GCC region. Preference for candidates currently based in Oman and UAE. PMP certification is mandatory. Joining timeline: 2–4 weeks (preferred). Roles include Program Director (PMO/Governance Lead), Project Managers (5 positions), and Project Coordinator (3 positions). PMO governance across a portfolio of ~60 projects, manage risk/dependencies/escalations, portfolio planning/prioritization/performance tracking, ensure reporting consistency with KPIs and delivery quality. Project Managers: end-to-end delivery, manage plans/budgets/timelines, stakeholder communication, track RAID, coordinate SIT/UAT/Go-Live, ensure alignment with PMO governance standards. Project Coordinator: support planning/tracking/reporting, maintain documentation/RAID logs/dashboards, coordinate meetings/MoMs/follow-ups, assist financial tracking, ensure data accuracy across Jira/ADO/MS Project.
