Business Analyst – Digital Banking

Linnk Group is hiring a Business Analyst to drive digital banking initiatives, working with business, tech teams, and vendors to deliver mobile and online banking solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements (BRD/FRD, user stories), working on mobile banking, online banking, and digital onboarding, collaborating with IT, UX/UI and vendors during delivery, and supporting Agile ceremonies, UAT, and stakeholder workshops. Requirements include 3–7 years as a Business Analyst, strong Retail and Digital Banking experience, hands-on experience with Mobile and Online Banking platforms, and at least 2 years in Finacle IBMB (mandatory).
