We’re Hiring | Cloud Solution Architect – Microsoft 365 Health Are you a Microsoft 365 expert passionate about improving tenant health, performance, resilience, and user adoption? We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health to support enterprise customers in optimizing and strengthening their Microsoft 365 environments. In this role, you will assess Microsoft 365 tenant health, optimize Microsoft Teams and M365 workloads, analyze tenant performance and governance, evaluate network readiness, drive adoption strategies using usage analytics, deliver customer-facing technical assessments and recommendations, and support compliance, resiliency, and operational maturity initiatives. Key Skills & Experience includes 8+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and optimization experience, expertise in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, experience with Microsoft Secure Score and Compliance Manager, and troubleshooting and assessment-based consulting experience. Nice to Have includes Copilot for Microsoft 365 / Copilot Chat / Copilot Agents, Entra ID architecture, network performance tuning, and knowledge of ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or SOC 2 Type II. Required Certifications: MS-700, SC-900, MD-102. Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert. Interested candidates can apply or send their CV directly.
