LEONI Morocco is looking for an experienced Head of Quality Management & HSEE Country to lead and drive our Quality and Health, Safety, Security & Environment strategy across our operations in Morocco. Apply here : https://smrtr.io/zNyYP Your Responsibilities : -Define and deploy the Country Quality & HSEE strategy in line with LEONI standards and business objectives. -Lead Quality and HSEE teams across multiple manufacturing sites. -Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance, operational excellence, and HSEE culture. -Lead customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory compliance activities. -Monitor Quality & HSEE KPIs and implement sustainable improvement actions. -Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talent development. -Act as the Country functional leader for Quality Management and HSEE. Profile - Master's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, HSE, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position covering Quality Management and/or HSEE within a manufacturing environment. - Mandatory experience in the automotive wiring harness industry. - Proven experience leading Quality Management and HSEE within a multi-site manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Automotive Core Tools, and Continuous Improvement methodologies. - Fluent in English (French is a strong advantage).
