Hiring Alert: Program Manager – Cards & Payments Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 18+ Years Domain: Banking Preference will be given to UAE-based candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project activities including meetings, MoMs, and project documentation - Deliver transformation programs across Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, Limit Management & Compliance systems - Lead stakeholder management and cross-functional communication - Drive transformation initiatives and change management activities - Conduct advanced process analysis to optimize payment & gateway operations - Manage small-scale programs aligned with strategic banking objectives - Use Business Intelligence tools and analytics for project tracking and insights - Apply Business Process Management (BPM) techniques to improve operational workflows - Coordinate training sessions for project teams and stakeholders Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - PMP or PRINCE2 certification - 15–18 years experience in banking payments & gateway project management - Strong stakeholder management capabilities - Advanced process analysis expertise - Experience with BI tools & BPM frameworks - Exposure to regulatory frameworks including KYC/AML, SWIFT, FATF, PCI-DSS Interested candidates can share their CV at: anjali.s@hrqultures.com Dubai, UAE

Senior Digital Solution Designer (Enterprise Architect) role in Dubai, UAE. Technical Requirements: Minimum 10 years of IT experience including 5 years as a full stack developer and 3 years as a Solution Designer in a reputable Bank or Software vendor. Essential experience with banking/financial digital applications. Practical experience using Enterprise Architecture and Design tools. Experience developing and implementing digital enterprise platforms in banking/financial services. Ability to align organization and business goals with Enterprise Architecture standards. Good knowledge of standards and best practices; understanding of system control requirements and processes. Extensive experience working with Open-Source tools. Cloud Architecture experience. Knowledge of project management. Knowledge of analytics and big data reporting platforms (Azure/AWS) and ability to understand the business and develop reporting recommendations. Overall understanding of IT infrastructure environment. Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages. Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.
