Looking for a seasoned data professional to drive a major data transformation mission in Brussels. Role: Data Governance & Strategy Lead Location: Brussels (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Eligibility: EU Citizenship Required What you will do: - Build enterprise data governance frameworks and define future reporting strategies (centralized vs. decentralized) - Drive advanced data use cases (BI, analytics, AI) and partner with IT to prioritize developments - Champion a true Data Culture and break down departmental silos What we need: - Proven track record in Senior Data Governance, Strategy, or Enterprise Data PMO roles - Strong expertise in data lineage, reporting architectures, and change management - Fluent in English and French Interested? We are looking for a Tribe Scrum Master @ Brussels, Belgium. Work Mode: Hybrid Mode of hire: Looking for Employees & Freelancer Only Language: Dutch (Strong Asset), French (Strong Asset), English (Mandatory) Required Skills: agile scrum, Scrum, project management Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience Required Hours/Week: 40 hrs/week Function Description 1. Cluster Delivery Orchestration & Governance 2. Agile Coaching & Squad Empowerment Technical Experience (Mandatory) - Proven track record in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in financial services or regulated industries - Project management - Stakeholders management - Priority Management - Risks & Issues Management Preferable - Familiarity with banking processes (payments, lending, customer journeys) - Front-end / Digital / Mobile delivery management - API Architecture Strategy - Release Management - Devops knowledge - Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical debt management Business Experience (Mandatory) - Experience working with senior leadership (Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Business Stakeholders) - Knowledge of the BNPPF organization and objectives - Knowledge of the banking world in general - Ability to translate business strategy into executable delivery plans - Strong analytical skills to assess risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in delivery - Deep experience in Agile project management methods, governances, processes and tools – knowledge of the standards Looking for candidates from Belgium Please feel free to connect with me and share your CV at kamal.t@hnmsolutions.eu Brussels, Belgium
