We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong Node.js expertise and hands-on experience in Dialer, Telephony, IVR, or Contact Center platforms to join our growing engineering team. Job location - Gurugram Experience: 4+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days preferred Mandatory Skills: 4+ years of backend development experience with Node.js, building scalable backend applications, microservices, and REST APIs Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience with Dialer, Telephony, IVR, Contact Center, Auto Dialer, Predictive Dialer, Voice Bot, or Communication Platform products Experience developing backend services for inbound/outbound calling workflows, call management, call tracking, agent management, and communication systems Hands-on experience integrating Telephony APIs, SIP-based systems, Voice APIs, Call APIs, SMS APIs, or other communication platforms Strong understanding of IVR design, call routing, call automation workflows, call queues, agent assignment, call escalation, and telephony workflows Strong experience with PostgreSQL and preferably Redis for caching, session management, queue management, or real-time applications Preferred Domain Experience: CPaaS; Contact Center Solutions; Telephony & Voice Technology; Communication Platforms; Conversational AI / Voice Bots; Customer Engagement Platforms; Unified Communications; SaaS Product Companies Interested candidates can share their updated resume via LinkedIn DM.
