Hands-on IAM Engineer responsible for administration, configuration, integration, and operational support of enterprise identity platforms including SailPoint (IGA), Delinea (PAM), and Ping Identity (SSO/MFA). The role focuses on ensuring system stability, security compliance, and timely IAM project delivery. Key Accountabilities: - IGA SailPoint: Administer SailPoint (IdentityIQ/IdentityNow) including connectors, workflows, and tasks; Manage Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) processes and provisioning lifecycle; Conduct access certifications and enforce SoD policies; Troubleshoot provisioning and identity synchronization issues. - PAM Delinea: Manage Secret Server (vault, policies, password rotation); Onboard and manage privileged/service accounts; Configure session monitoring and access workflows; Support incident response for privileged access. - SSO/MFA Ping Identity: Implement SSO integrations (SAML, OIDC); Manage MFA policies and authentication rules; Troubleshoot authentication and federation issues. - Cross-Functional: Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation; Support L2/L3 IAM incidents and service requests; Execute changes via ITSM processes (ServiceNow); Support audits and compliance requirements; Work closely with vendors and internal teams. Required Skills: Hands-on experience in SailPoint, Delinea (or CyberArk), Ping Identity (or Okta/ForgeRock); Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP; Expertise in SAML 2.0, OIDC, MFA, IAM lifecycle (JML); Understanding of PAM concepts (vaulting, rotation, privileged access); Experience with ITSM tools and incident/change management. Preferred Skills: Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Java/BeanShell); API integrations and automation; Experience in regulated environments (Banking/SAMA/NCA). Certifications (Preferred): SailPoint / Delinea / Ping Identity Certifications; Security+ / SSCP / GSEC.
