Role: Senior Data Engineer. Location: New York City, United States (Hybrid). Salary: $170K – $190K + Equity. Domain: Data Platform | FinTech | Analytics Infrastructure. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and willing to relocate. A fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to take ownership of its modern data platform and build the foundation for data-driven decision-making at scale. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimize the modern data stack; Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines; Build reliable data models and semantic layers; Improve data quality, monitoring, and performance; Enable analysts, PMs, and operations teams with accessible data. Core Skills: Data Engineering; Advanced SQL; Modern Data Warehouses (Snowflake / BigQuery / Redshift); ETL / ELT pipelines; dbt or similar transformation frameworks.
