We are looking for a motivated SOC Analyst L1 to join our cybersecurity team. Job Role: SOC Analyst L1 Key Responsibilities: - Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM/EDR tools - Perform initial triage and investigation of security incidents - Escalate confirmed or high-priority incidents to senior analysts - Analyze logs from endpoints, servers, firewalls, and network devices - Prepare basic incident reports and maintain proper documentation - Support day-to-day SOC operations and threat monitoring activities Required Skills: - Basic understanding of SOC operations and cybersecurity fundamentals - Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Wazuh, Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or ELK - Understanding of phishing, malware, brute-force attacks, and suspicious login activity - Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, ports, and protocols - Familiarity with Windows and Linux logs - Good communication and documentation skills Preferred Certifications: - CompTIA Security+ - CEH - Cisco CCNA - Microsoft SC-900 / AZ-900 - ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity - Splunk Core User / Wazuh / Microsoft Sentinel basics Location: Lahore (Onsite) Experience: 1-1.5 year of relevant experience Interested candidates can share their resumes at: muhammad.zeeshan@dwp.com.pk Email Subject: SOC Analyst L1 Application Lahore (Onsite)
