We're hiring a ServiceNow QA Engineer to ensure flawless delivery of SmartApps solutions at DXC Technology. Responsibilities: Develop and execute automated test cases using ATF and Selenium; perform regression testing for major upgrades and releases; collaborate with developers and BAs for full test coverage; document test results and drive defect resolution. Requirements: 4–6 years of relevant QA/testing experience; CSA Certification (mandatory); hands-on with ATF (ServiceNow Automated Test Framework); experience with Selenium automation testing; strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and modules; CSM knowledge/certification (preferred). Bonus: Flow Designer / Playbooks / Platform Analytics knowledge; Now Assist / AI capabilities on ServiceNow; Agile & CI/CD pipeline exposure; integration testing experience. India (Remote)
