Priority hires for a new consulting client building out their ServiceNow Public Sector practice. ServiceNow Project Manager / Delivery Lead: Hybrid NYC (2 days/week or biweekly travel), $165K–$185K (up to $200K). Lead full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM), experience delivering in fixed-price environments, governance, stakeholder management, financial control, 14+ years experience (Public Sector a plus). ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA): Remote (EST preferred; tri-state ideal), $180K–$200K (flex to ~$215K). CTA REQUIRED; deep experience across ServiceNow ecosystem (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM), strong engineering to architecture background, experience with RFPs, client engagement, enterprise solutioning, ability to design and lead complex implementations.
