HR Business Partnering: implement Group HR policies and support managers on organizational design, performance management, employee development, and workforce planning. Expatriate & Mobility Management: oversee the full expatriate lifecycle (relocation, housing, schooling, benefits, insurance, travel, and integration) for employees and their families in the UAE. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. HR Administration, Payroll & Compliance: 50 employees now, 150 in 3 years. Training, HR Processes & Reporting. On-site in Abu Dhabi. Requires being hands-on, autonomous and human-focused. 5 years of relevant experience within the UAE market. Bachelor's degree in HR. Fluency in both English & French. Permanent Contract.
