We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications while working on international projects in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications Work on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM based on business needs Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Troubleshoot and resolve application issues Support platform upgrades and enhancements Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices Required Skills & Qualifications 1–5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development BTech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, ECE or related field Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow data model Experience with Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change Management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Preferred ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification CIS – ITSM / HRSD / CSM (Highly desirable) Experience working in agile / sprint-based delivery models 100% Remote (India)
