I’m recruiting for an experienced Transformation & Systems Analyst to support a global Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, and Workday Absence transformation programme. Key requirements: - 5+ years' experience with Time & Attendance and Absence Management implementations - Strong knowledge of Workday Absence, WFM processes, payroll dependencies, integrations, and testing - Experience delivering multi-country system implementations - Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and identify project risks - Experience supporting UAT, go-live, change management, and business readiness activities Interested?
