We’re Hiring: Python Developer (AI / Agentic Systems) 5+ years’ experience in Python software development Location: Dublin Sandyford Dublin 18 12 moth Contract Salary €600 daily rate We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join a growing Risk Technology team focused on building and operating production-grade agentic AI systems supporting mission-critical workflows in a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on engineering role with strong ownership across system design, workflow orchestration, scalability, and delivery. What You’ll Be Doing - Design, build, and support AI-driven systems using Python - Develop agentic workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks - Implement context management strategies for multi-step and long-running workflows - Build and maintain RAG pipelines leveraging structured and unstructured data - Integrate AI services with internal systems via APIs and event-driven architectures - Design orchestration patterns for agents, tools, and workflows including async and human-in-the-loop processes Must-Have Skills & Experience - 5+ years’ experience in Python software development - Strong hands-on experience with Python frameworks and backend engineering - Experience with LangGraph or equivalent agentic workflow tools - Understanding of RAG architectures, Embeddings & retrieval strategies, Context management - Workflow orchestration concepts Nice to Have - Experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and vector stores - Experience with async messaging, queues, and event-driven systems - Experience working within regulated enterprise environments Interested?
