A growing enterprise organization is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to join its expanding platform team. Hands-on development role supporting enterprise initiatives across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management), ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, integrations), ITAM (asset lifecycle management), and SPM/PPM (project and demand management). Responsibilities include designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions; building and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows and integrations; supporting platform enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement; collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions; contributing to a lean, agile development environment. Qualifications include strong ServiceNow development and configuration experience, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, familiarity with ITIL frameworks, experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and preferred experience with CMDB, Discovery, integrations, and workflow automation. Full-time hybrid onsite schedule (four days per week required). Relocation assistance may be available. Not open to third party vendors. Hybrid onsite (four days per week required)
