We're supporting an international client on a large-scale migration from an existing Data Platform to Microsoft Fabric. Your mission You will play a key role in designing, securing and delivering the client's migration to Microsoft Fabric. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading the migration from the current Data Platform to Microsoft Fabric. * Reviewing and challenging the target Data Architecture. * Designing scalable, maintainable and high-performance solutions. * Optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and reducing execution times. * Migrating Power BI workloads to the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem. * Designing robust Data Warehouse models (Star Schema, Fact & Dimension tables, Data Marts). * Defining architecture best practices and ensuring long-term scalability. * Optimizing Microsoft Fabric Capacity and platform costs. * Supporting technical decision-making throughout the migration. * Mentoring internal teams and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Required profile * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric. * Previous experience delivering Microsoft Fabric migration projects. * Solid background in Data Engineering and Data Architecture. * Strong expertise with Power BI. * Deep understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. * Ability to challenge architecture decisions and propose pragmatic solutions. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor technical teams. * Microsoft Fabric certification is a strong plus.
