Data Scientist Contract Opportunity

I'm currently working with a sector-leading consultancy client who are looking to bring an experienced Data Scientist on board for an exciting 12-month contract starting in June. What you'll be doing: - Analysing large and complex customer datasets - Conducting credit, financial and risk analysis - Developing insights to support strategic business decisions - Monitoring and evaluating model performance - Supporting the migration of analytical processes to cloud-based platforms - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into actionable outcomes We're looking for professionals with experience in: - Statistical analysis and data mining - Predictive modelling and scoring techniques - Python and/or R - Cloud platforms (Databricks experience highly desirable) - Working with large datasets and complex data integration - Presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Cardiff. £500–£560 per day (Inside IR35).
