Greetings from Linnk Group Hiring: Performance Testing QA Engineer We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Testing QA Engineer with strong expertise in performance, load, and stress testing for enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Design and execute performance, load, stress, spike, and endurance tests Develop performance scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools Monitor system performance including CPU, memory, DB, and network utilization Identify bottlenecks and support performance tuning initiatives Work closely with Development, QA, and DevOps teams Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines Prepare performance reports and recommendations Required Skills Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies Knowledge of APIs, web technologies, and microservices Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana Strong SQL and database performance analysis skills Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in performance testing Interested candidates can share their updated CVs to mohammed.naasim@linnk.com or connect directly for more details.
