Urgent Requirement We are looking for a Program Manager Business @ Brussels, Belgium Work Mode: Hybrid Mode of hire: Looking for Freelancer Only Language: Sound knowledge of English as well as (at least) one local language Required skills: program management, project management Certification: Mandatory: Program/project management and change management frameworks (e.g. AGILE, Prince2, ITIL, ADKAR). “Agile” is the methodology currently used at BNPP Fortis Work Experience: 10 years of professional experience, and 5+ years of relevant experience in managing programs and projects taking into account strategy, priorities, time, budget and dependency constraints while keeping business/customer interests central in the way Education: Master degree Technical Experience: Technical and functional understanding to be at ease in interactions with architects, developers, experts; Familiar with automation solutions (BluePrism) Business Experience: Experience in program / project management; Solid analytical skills; ability to break-down complex issues into their key components; strong deductive reasoning; ability to draw conclusions from a combination of evidence and assumptions; Strong communication skills; Ability to collaborate, influence; Strong stakeholder management and Customer centricity Preferable: Bank experience; Experience with Agile methodology/practices Looking for candidates from Belgium.
