I'm hiring a Lead Product Designer for one of the UK's leading consumer fintech businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves solving complex product problems, shaping strategy and mentoring designers, while still staying close to the craft. Particularly interested in backgrounds across consumer fintech, high-scale consumer apps, native mobile products, and bold, design-led consumer brands. What they're looking for: Strong native iOS/Android experience; end-to-end product design (discovery to delivery); excellent product and systems thinking; experience mentoring or managing designers; ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally; strong visual craft alongside commercial product thinking.
