I’m looking for a Business Controller to join a fast-growing European retail-tech scale-up operating across multiple countries. Amsterdam (Hybrid) | Freelance | ASAP. Partner with Commercial teams to support growth decisions, own budgeting and forecasting processes, and deliver financial insights that directly impact expansion, store openings, and profitability. Close collaboration with Finance, Commercial, Data, and Tech teams. Must-have: 3+ years of experience in Business Control / FP&A / Commercial Finance, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, experience working with business stakeholders, strong analytical mindset and process improvement orientation, fluent English. Nice-to-have: experience in scale-up/retail/international environments, exposure to automation or data/BI tools, Dutch, German, and/or French. Interested or know someone who could be a great fit?
