We’re looking for a Change PMO Lead to join a large-scale S/4HANA transformation program with one of our international FMCG clients. This role is at the heart of the change organization, ensuring that all change activities across multiple workstreams are aligned, tracked, and delivered in a structured way. You’ll focus on governance, planning, and coordination, working with change, training, and communications teams to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and readiness across the program. Ideal candidate: - 6–8 years experience in PMO, program, or change management - Experience in large, multi-workstream transformation programs - Strong planning, tracking, and reporting skills - Comfortable managing stakeholders across functions and regions - Experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, Excel, or Power BI - Structured, proactive, and able to handle complex environments EMEA (Remote) Occasional travel to European offices Contract: Freelancer or Temporary employee Duration: Initial 6 months (with potential extensions until March 2028) Start: July 1st, 2026 Interested, or know someone who could be a great fit?
