IT Project Coordinator

Nair Systems is currently looking for an IT Project Coordinator for our Qatar operations. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and deliverables; experience with Planview (preferred) or JIRA; quality assurance test experience including preparing and executing test scripts, raising bugs, and reporting to vendors; ability to write procedures and prepare training materials. Training experience with demand management and resource and capacity planning, preparing management reports, executive summaries and presentations/status reports and management dashboards, maintaining project documents (plans, status reports, logs), assisting senior project managers for day to day activities, managing small projects, and contributing to process improvements and standardization.
