Key Requirements: Proven experience in operations or operations management (preferably Healthcare or Tech sectors); Strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to build and optimize operational processes; Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools; Strong leadership and decision-making skills; Ability to solve operational challenges effectively; Experience in startups or HealthTech is a plus; Fluency in English is an advantage.
