This is not a “build features” role. This is about building a high-performance AI platform used by top financial institutions. What you’ll be doing: - Design and build full-stack systems (React/Next.js + Python) - Develop backend-heavy architecture for AI-powered products - Work on background workers, task queues, and real-time systems - Deploy and manage systems using cloud + CI/CD + containerisation - Own features end-to-end → design, build, deploy, scale What we’re looking for: - 5–10 years in software engineering - Strong experience with React / Next.js (production level) - Strong backend expertise in Python (FastAPI or Django) - Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud platforms - Experience with Redis and background task queues (Celery, RQ, etc.) - Solid understanding of scalable system design - Strong academic background (top-tier universities preferred) Tech Stack: React | Next.js | Python | FastAPI / Django | Redis | Docker | Kubernetes | Azure Location: On-site – London, United Kingdom (5 days/week) Important: Must be based in the UK OR able to work legally in the UK; must be willing to work on-site full-time; No visa sponsorship available.
