I'm working with a well-funded, fast-growing AI startup looking for Applied AI Engineers to build production AI systems end to end. You'll work on LLMs, agents and orchestration; prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks; structured data extraction from complex documents; Python backend and TypeScript/React frontend; shipping AI features into production from day one. Requirements include strong Python and modern LLM experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), built production AI applications beyond simple chatbots, experience with prompt engineering, evals and model reliability, and full-stack capability with strong product thinking.
