We are looking for a skilled Service Mapping Consultant to manage and optimize service mapping within an ITSM platform. Responsibilities include configuring, managing, and maintaining Service Mapping and Discovery tools; creating and maintaining service maps showing relationships between applications, services, and infrastructure; collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements; improving service mapping processes; troubleshooting discovery issues related to probes, patterns, and credentials; ensuring CMDB governance, data quality, and compliance; supporting incident and problem management using service maps for impact analysis; maintaining documentation, workflows, and best practices; conducting training and knowledge sharing; and staying updated with ITSM and service mapping advancements. Required: 5+ years experience, bachelor’s degree, hands-on experience with ITSM platforms preferably ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping, strong understanding of CMDB and relationship mapping, knowledge of infrastructure and discovery troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Compensation: QAR 20,000–22,000 per month with visa, flight tickets, medical insurance, accommodation for 1 week, HRA, and annual leave flight tickets. Doha, Qatar
