In this role, you will oversee day-to-day procurement continuity, track cost delivery, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with Category teams on strategic sourcing, ensuring alignment and maximum value between J&J’s Supply Chain Procurement strategy and the Orthopaedics business. What you need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 5+ years of experience in a regulated GMP environment (Medical Device/Pharma preferred); deep understanding of Spend, Category, and Supplier Management (ideally within Orthopaedics or medical operations); business acumen, negotiation, change management, and ability to present complex data to senior leadership.
