I’m hiring for a Director of Product to lead the global product organisation at a global HealthTech. You’ll own the product strategy across their entire platform, driving international expansion into new markets, and embedding AI-powered automation into core workflows. You’ll build and lead a product organisation of 20+ across multiple regions, reporting directly into the CPTO. They’re looking for 10+ years' product experience, with at least 5 years in director-level roles; a track record of scaling product organisations and delivering growth in B2B SaaS; exposure to both startup/scale-up and enterprise environments; a strong commercial and GTM mindset; hands-on leadership.
