ServiceNow Technical Expert / ServiceNow Support Engineer (Hardware Asset Management)

We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Expert in Brussels, Belgium. Work mode: Hybrid. Mode of hire: Looking for employees and freelancers only. Languages: oral and written fluency in French and English. Required hours/week: 32-40 hrs/week. Required skills include ServiceNow, SaaS cloud, Hardware Asset Management, ITIL with ITIL Foundation certified, and ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA). Experience with ITSM and ServiceNow HAM Professional module, ServiceNow fundamentals (UI actions, business rules, client scripts), hardware discovery tools, hardware asset lifecycle, and translating business requirements into technical tickets. Preferred skills: CIS-HAM, ServiceNow certifications in ITSM/CSM/HRSD/SPM, ServiceNow trainings (Scripting in ServiceNow / Application Development), and experience with Web services (XML/Soap/REST).
