I’m currently partnering with a cutting-edge company looking to hire a Principal Data Scientist to drive advanced AI and GenAI initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying advanced GenAI solutions, leading research-to-production initiatives, building scalable models and data-driven systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI impact. Requirements include PhD in Statistics (or closely related field), 3–4 years of postdoctoral experience, strong expertise in Generative AI / LLMs, proven experience bridging research and production, deep understanding of statistical modeling and ML fundamentals, and strong communication skills. US-based (remote options depending on profile) with US Citizen / Green Card only. US
