This is a strategic technical hiring role, partnering with senior Engineering and Product leaders to build high performing teams across a sophisticated, engineering led organisation. The role involves hiring across a broad technical landscape including Backend Engineering (Java/Kotlin), Platform & Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud & Distributed Systems, Data Engineering & Data Platforms, Machine Learning & AI, Product Engineering, Payments & Financial Technology, and Site Reliability & Developer Experience.
