One of the more exciting CEO searches we're currently working on. We are looking for a CEO to lead the next chapter of a scaling B2B SaaS company with ~€30M ARR, 350+ employees, and global operations. Key priorities include reigniting sustainable growth and commercial momentum, strengthening product-market fit and long-term product strategy, increasing organizational speed and execution quality, leveraging AI across product and operations, and leading an internationally distributed organization. Must-have background includes current or former CEO of a SaaS business of meaningful scale, strong commercial and go-to-market track record, deep understanding of recurring revenue businesses, proven experience leading transformation/turnaround/growth acceleration initiatives, builder mentality with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach, and strong product intuition and strategic thinking. Remote/flexible initially with relocation to Dubai within 12 months required. Immediate availability strongly preferred. If you've successfully led a SaaS company through a similar stage, they would love to speak with you; applications without prior CEO experience in a comparable SaaS environment will not be considered.
