Senior Cloud Engineer - Hyperscalers

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud Engineer specializing in hyper-scaler cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OCVS, and GCP. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, operating, managing, and optimizing cloud solutions; configuring and deploying cloud resources for high availability, security, and scalability; conducting cloud assessments to improve performance and reduce costs; implementing cloud operations best practices, governance, and compliance; delivering technical workshops and training; and staying updated on OCI, GCP, and other hyper-scaler platforms. Requirements include minimum 7 years hands-on experience on one of the hyperscalers (OCI, OCVS, GCP); understanding of containers with Docker and Kubernetes; solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, and best practices; ITIL certification; solid knowledge of backup and DR deployments; and proven deployments and managed services. This role might require working outside business hours, weekends, and travel outside Egypt for a prolonged period. Preferred banking experience. NMS/OSS Engineer (Splunk ITSI)

We are seeking a skilled NMS / OSS Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to support monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and enhance NMS/OSS monitoring systems; design and develop Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, and glass tables; build and optimize correlation searches and alerting mechanisms; develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) workflows; fine-tune alerting to reduce noise and improve signal accuracy; continuously improve MTTD and MTTR; collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and application teams; ensure high availability and performance of monitoring platforms. Required Skills & Experience: hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI; understanding of NMS/OSS monitoring frameworks; experience building dashboards, KPIs, and service health models; expertise in event correlation, alert tuning, and incident management; understanding of IT operations and service monitoring; experience in 24x7 operations or NOC/SOC environment. Preferred Skills: knowledge of Splunk Core (Search Processing Language SPL); integrating multiple data sources into ITSI; familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management); exposure to telecom or large-scale enterprise environments.
