Rio Tinto QMM is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in Fort Dauphin, Madagascar. We are looking for a Senior Adviser, Area Shutdown, ready to lead the planning and execution of critical shutdowns across our operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient and reliable shutdown delivery, supports strategic OPEX projects including the Wet Plant Reinstatement Program, and works closely with operations, maintenance, planning and project teams to drive shutdown excellence, improve asset reliability, and contribute to continuous improvement of shutdown management systems aligned with Rio Tinto standards. Working experience in shutdown management, maintenance planning, project execution and operational leadership within mining or industrial environments is requested.
