I’m looking for a Head of Data & AI to lead and scale a Data & AI practice focused on the insurance sector across Belgium and the Benelux. Brussels (Hybrid) | Freelance | Long-term | ASAP Role: Lead Data & AI strategy, grow client relationships, and drive high-impact transformation programs in the insurance domain. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership, business development, client advisory, and hands-on AI delivery. Tech: Python | AI / Machine Learning | Data Architecture | BI | Data Integration | Governance Must-have: Senior leadership experience in Data / AI (Head of, Director, Lead level); strong experience in the insurance sector; existing network within the insurance ecosystem (Benelux preferred); strong business development and client acquisition track record; hands-on Python capability; English fluent (Dutch and/or French is a plus). I’m looking for a Data Engineer & Python Developer to join an international energy company developing AI-powered forecasting solutions for renewable energy assets. Brussels (Hybrid) | Freelance | Long-term | ASAP Role: Build and maintain data pipelines and Python applications supporting ML workflows, helping Data Scientists operationalize forecasting models for wind and solar energy.
