We are looking for a Senior M&A Carve-Out Project Manager with SAP to join our client project. Start: ASAP. Duration: 6 months+ extension. Location: 100% Remote. Languages: English (French is a bonus to have). Skills: 10+ years of project or program management experience; proven experience leading end-to-end carve-out or divestiture projects; strong M&A separation experience; coordinating cross-functional business and IT teams; executive stakeholder management; governance and steering committee management; risk, issue and dependency management; vendor and consulting partner management; Day 1 readiness and cutover planning. SAP environment experience: experience delivering carve-outs in SAP-driven organizations; understanding of how business processes are supported by SAP; ability to coordinate SAP functional and technical teams; ability to assess impacts on Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Master Data during a separation (no hands-on SAP configuration expertise required).
