Aperture Venture Studio focuses on AI, connected systems, operational intelligence, workflow automation and emerging technologies. Seeking motivated interns in recruitment, talent development, and HR tech tools. Key Responsibilities: - Post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. - Use AI tools for recruitment, resume review, and talent tracking. - Communicate with candidates and team leads through email and LinkedIn. - Assist with onboarding, HR data management, and intern coordination. - Support reporting and follow-up with country HR teams. Qualifications: - Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred but not mandatory. - Studying or graduated in HR, Business, Tech, Corporate Finance/ Investment or related fields. - Interest in AI and recruitment technology. - Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
