GenAI Solutions Architect

We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-scale agentic AI platform. Key experience: GenAI and agentic frameworks (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI etc), RAG, vector search and grounding strategies, AI safety, guardrails and ModelOps, API/microservices architecture (Python/.NET), enterprise platform and integration design, strong technical leadership across AI, data and engineering teams. Ideal background: around 10 years in software/data with 3/4 years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture; experience building scalable distributed platforms; insurance/financial services experience is a plus. Tech stack includes Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, Presidio, FastAPI, CI/CD, observability, and enterprise integrations.
