We’re Hiring: GRC Lead for a growing B2B SaaS organization. Location: Kochi, Kerala. Employment Type: Full-time. Responsibilities include managing ISMS, security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks; leading ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance initiatives; driving audits and certification activities; performing security, cloud, application, and vendor risk assessments; managing risk registers and remediation; supporting privacy compliance and third-party risk management; collaborating with Engineering, Legal, and Business teams; and handling customer security questionnaires and compliance requirements. Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in GRC, Information Security, or Compliance; strong experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR; SaaS/cloud environment experience (AWS/Azure); and knowledge of risk frameworks, audits, and GRC automation tools.
