Lead a team of infrastructure engineers to deliver daily operations and projects while acting as a technical authority in complex engagements. Responsible for technical supervision, solution design, and team performance management. Key responsibilities include leading and managing infrastructure engineers, providing technical guidance, acting as a technical architect for critical projects, monitoring delivery progress, supporting solution design and presales/customer engagements, and ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and SLAs. Required experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership experience. Technical skills include Nutanix; VMware; Microsoft Hyper-V; Dell VxRail; Dell Technologies; Hewlett Packard Enterprise; Lenovo; Cisco; Huawei; Cohesity; Commvault; Veeam; DR/HA/replication; DR drills; RPO/RTO; infrastructure migration across platforms; basic knowledge of cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP).
