I’m hiring a Senior ML Engineer / Tech Lead (LLMs, GPU Systems, AI Platform). We’re building production-grade AI systems across LLMs, OCR, and voice. I’m looking for someone who can lead from the front while staying deeply hands-on. This role is for engineers who: • Have deployed LLMs locally in production • Understand GPU systems, scaling, and optimization • Care deeply about observability, evaluation, and reliability • Can lead and mentor a strong team of junior engineers You’ll also work directly with stakeholders, translating real-world problems into scalable AI solutions.
