We are looking for a senior Oracle CRM / CX Business Analyst with deep database modeling expertise to join our team. Role: Oracle CRM/CX Business Analyst Experience: 8+ Years Budget: Up to 26 LPA MAX Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid options available) Notice Period: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY (Max 15 days) Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models (3NF) - Support Oracle databases, schema design, data storage, and performance optimization - Define modeling standards, develop CRUD matrices, and map complex data flows - Partner with Data Analysts, Solution Architects, and Business Governance teams - Apply expert-level business data knowledge within the Life Sciences domain What We Are Looking For: - Strong background in Oracle CRM / Oracle CX Business Analysis - Hands-on proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and query optimization - Experience using data modeling tools (ideally ERStudio or Erwin) - Deep understanding of scalable application design and the IT Project Lifecycle - Mandatory prior experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain - Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution How to Apply: If you match the criteria and can join immediately, please drop your updated CV at [Insert Email Address] or DM me directly with: Current CTC; Expected CTC; Notice Period (confirmation of immediate joiner status); Current Location.
