We are looking for a Experienced PMO @ Châtillon , France. Work Mode: Hybrid. Mode of hire: Looking for Employees & Freelancer Only. As part of the strengthening of its Governance division, our client is seeking an experienced PMO to support project teams in the preparation and monitoring of milestones and reviews. The PMO ensures traceability of key elements within project management tools and works in close collaboration with other PMOs and governance leads. Objectives and Deliverables: - Preparation of project teams for milestones and reviews, and provision of support during these events - Participation in committees as a Governance Representative - Ensuring compliance with governance requirements (CSR, security, regulatory compliance) - Tracking and ensuring the traceability of decisions and actions within Jira / Confluence - Coordination with other PMOs and the central Governance Steering function - Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies - Monitoring of project metrics and reporting Candidate Profile: - At least 5 years of experience in project management or a PMO role - Proficient in project methodologies (V-Model, Agile, Kanban) - Strong command of Jira and Confluence - Knowledge of financial management (CAPEX, OPEX, project costs) highly desirable Châtillon, France
